1. 850 (Purchase Order)
2. 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment)
3. 810 (Invoice)
4. 820 (Payment)

Key Process Enhancements

1. Automated Purchase Order Creation

• Incoming X12 850 documents from trading partners were processed to create corresponding sales orders in NetSuite, eliminating manual data entry.

2. Order Fulfillment and Acknowledgment

• Once orders were approved and fulfilled, the system generated X12 855 acknowledgment documents and transmitted them to trading partners.

3. Invoicing Automation

• Upon order completion, NetSuite created invoices. The integration retrieved these details to generate X12 810 documents for clients, expediting the billing cycle.

4. Payment Integration

• Payments recorded in NetSuite were processed to generate X12 820 documents, ensuring transparency and faster reconciliation.
